Herb and Deb were amazing. Great communicators. Kept in touch and on schedule. My boat trailer had issues (like a blown tire) which Herb fixed. They refused my offer to pay for a hotel and dinner as compensation for the extra work and time. Upon delivery Herb gave me a rundown on the care and operation of my trailer that reflected his knowledge and skills. I was very fortunate to have pros towing my boat. I moved my Kawasaki ZXR from FL to Philly, My car broke down on the way up so i wasn't able to be their on the drop off date we agreed to, so instead of penalizing me or leaving the bike their. They were nice enough to hold the bike for me in their garage until I was back. Hard to find good service like this anywhere.-
